Boxwell Information 

Boxwell Overnight Camp is camp run by the Council on a Scout Reservation in Lebanon Tennessee.  Our pack asks for two parents to volunteer to be camp coordinators (Cub Camp Coordinator and Webelos Camp Coordinator) and select one of the camp weeks for our Pack to attend.  They will also provide information to the pack regarding the camp, register the scouts, collect forms and deposits.  The Camp Coordinator DOES NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THE CAMP!

 

    CUB SCOUT REDIDENT CAMP

 

·         Cub Scouts have a 2-night camp.  All Scouts who have completed 1st grade and  are accompanied by mom, dad, or a responsible “surrogate parent.” A one to one ratio of boy to adult is encouraged. However, a ratio of one adult for four Scouts is acceptable.  Cub Camp starts on a Friday and ends Sunday morning.  Tents and meals are provided.

 

WEBELOS RESIDENT CAMP

 

·         Webelos have a 4-night camp.  There must be two-deep leadership/adults.  All Scouts who have completed 3rd grade and are accompanied by mom, dad, or a responsible “surrogate parent.” A one to one ratio of boy to adult is encouraged.  However, a ratio of one adult to four Scouts is acceptable.  Each camp session starts at 1:00 Monday and ends at 10:00 on Thursday.

Scouts love to receive mail during mail call at Boxwell.  If you want to send mail, please make sure you mail it a week prior to their camp date.
